I know how challenging life can be when we feel unhappy with ourselves. When we're constantly berating our body; when there is a darkness that seems impossible to shake, life may seem overwhelming. I can relate to past feelings of unworthiness or feeling self-conscious around the body's appearance. I also know what it's like to eat well and exercise lots and not get results. I also know what it's like to trash my body by undereating, purposely restricting food, diets, diet pills, over-exercising and more. I understand the struggle. I remember the sheer frustration and how much I disliked (and hated at times) myself. I get that there's so much conflicting information out there and sometimes it can be challenging to know which way to turn.
Today, where I am, I can tell you, you can live your life at peace with your self, your body and your nutrition and health choices.
The struggle and angst is possible to dissolve. It does however, take time and commitment - to yourself! It takes a willing heart and a deep yearning to be your best. The choice to live at optimum health must rise from your core and encompass everything you've ever known. You must be willing to do whatever it takes to get you to optimum health.
Our current habits and lifestyle choices will most likely have impacted and hindered a certain amount of progress. The good news is, this can all change.

Each person is different. No two bodies are the same. Our health goals are unique. But in seeking optimum health, it's a universal requirement to show up and be your best self in each moment. Any activity, action and directional wisdom we discuss will start where you are Now. (Right now. This very second!) Don't waste a moment more of your life on poor health and lifestyle choices.
