Too often we fail to marvel at our own creativity, at all the things we have brought into our lives and all that we give day to day to those we come into contact with.

And when we fail to do so, we can easily go down the path of beating ourselves up, having expectations of where we should be, the comparison game or any other unproductive thought process.

Day 33 of 100

We live in THE most incredible time right now.

For the most of us we have access to clean water, food, technology, people on the other side of the world, fresh food and the list goes on.

Today’s message was simply inspired by a podcast I listened to this morning, which got me pondering on how lucky I am.
It made me stop and realise what opportunities lay at my finger tips. 
It made me question, am I utilising all the resources I have available to me?

Day 30 of 100.

You can achieve anything you love, it just comes with moving slowly, being present and moving moment-by-moment.

Sometimes we feel like we’re going to break. Sometimes we feel like we can’t go on.

But who's saying we can no longer go on? Your head or your heart?

Your body will always carry on with whatever your mind feeds it and we are a lot more powerful both physically and mentally than we give ourselves credit for.

It's all too easy to blame other people and circumstances for our current state of being. But what if I said, it's not them, it's you.

You might tell me to eff off, or you might stop for a moment to question whether you recognise some validity in that statement.

Today was a reminder that my external environment is a reflection of what's happening inside of me - and in some cases, what's happening deep beneath the surface that maybe I haven't yet seen.

Ahh, don’t you love when the clouds part and the sun begins to shine again.

I feel like the darkness that has been lingering over the past week has shifted and I am about to step into a new way of living and being.

Day 27 of 100.

In becoming aware of our stress, anxiety or feelings of depression we actually regain power.

We've all fallen victim to these aspects of living at various times in our lives (one, if not all) and the way forth is how we accept and respond to these emotions when they rise.

Our main stressors are caused by the mental commentary in our minds. So as we learn to be more present in the challenging times, we will not be swayed as easily by our thoughts.

What do you do when something from your past re-emerges. When you feel like you're back at square one, how do you support yourself through what's come up?

Or do you distract yourself and avoid what you're feeling and experiencing?

This insight examines old habits, addictions, behaviours that have resurfaced and how you can support yourself, rather than beat yourself up or believe in the idea of "back at square one" - there's no such place.

Control is not the answer, neither is avoidance...find out what is.

If you've felt alone in the world. If you've felt like you're carrying the weight of your world; or maybe you feel a little like you're drowning with what life is throwing at your right now, this message may be just what you need.

I truly believe in being my best in each moment, and what I want to reiterate in tonight's message is that "Your Best" will vary from day-to-day, from moment-to-moment and may you remember that.

Because some days...'Your Best' actually looks like your worst. And that's okay.
