Day 9 (Part 2) of 100

So it seems another short recording wanted to pour itself outta me this evening.

This was a really powerful moment. The separateness we so often feel is not real. And while I've heard that so many times in my life over, tonight's meditation had me going through a really powerful, and heart-warming experience. I've done my best to communicate it.

Day 9 of 100

Boy, today's meditation started off like a rickety boat going out to sea and then some beautiful insights came out of it.

I'm constantly discovering more ways my sneaky little ego has come in the back door to continue sourcing ways of receiving love - so subliminal! So clever.

Day 8 of 100

A short insight around taking things personally and how quickly we make meaning out of how other people feel!

Day 7 of 100

Insights around letting go of what no longer supports you in being your best and keeps you out of alignment with your truth.

Day 1 of 100

The first recording in the Tiny Leaps Series.

On day 6, I felt moved to make this recording. I really enjoyed it and thought I might continue with it. Hence why it starts on day 6 and not day 1. Some insights post deep meditation on making space for what you love in your life and how fear attempts to keep us imprisoned - only if we let it.

Monday, 22nd May 2017

Check out my 100 days of Tiny Leaps.

An unplanned adventure into Self and a deeper dive into The Moment.

I am committed to 2 hours of meditation a day for 100 days, with a daily recording.

for not speaking up because I didn’t want to rock the boat.”

“I used to believe that we are at our happiest when we are content and really comfortable, but that’s not really true. The greatest moment of happiness when we set a significant goal for ourselves; one that has a purpose in our lives and we overcome that challenge. That will always revolve around us sitting in discomfort and dealing with our fears.”

“I think it’s important to let go of relationships in your life to make space for the relationships that need to be there.”
- Tahlia Mynott, The Moment HQ podcast

She's got a calming presence, a heart full of gold and intelligence to match. Meet Tahlia Mynott, a wholistic nutritionist with a keen interest in plant based eating. She is one of the co-founders of Made with Raw Love chocolate. She and her partner Scott Turner, launched the brand on New Year’s Eve, 2013 at Tribe, a raw cacao party in Melbourne. In fact, The beginning of Made With Raw Love is a love story all in itself.

While Tahlia has had many life changing moments, the one that stands out for her is the realisation around how we become like the 5 top people we hang around, which leads the story back to where she is today.
